Cancellation policy

Purchase-option orders, including pre-orders, may be cancelled only before the order enters processing or is shipped. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and must be submitted as soon as possible to info@kidsrepublic.ca with the customer’s order number.

A voluntary cancellation requested before shipment may be subject to an 8% payment processing and cancellation fee, as described in our Refund Policy. This fee does not apply if Kids Republic is unable to fulfill the order, cancels the order, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Once an order has entered processing, shipped, or been transferred to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy, including applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees.

Estimated availability and shipping dates for pre-order products are not guaranteed and may change because of manufacturing, transportation, customs, supply-chain, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Kids Republic will provide updated information when reasonably available.

Kids Republic does not currently offer subscription products. If subscription purchase options are introduced, the applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.
