Is there any tax on products?
From December 14, 2024, to February 15, 2025, the federal government is offering a tax break that fully relieves the GST/HST on qualifying goods.
What is the shipping policy during Christmas?
We will be on holiday break from December 13, 2024, to January 3, 2025. Orders placed during this period will be shipped once business days resume.

What is your return/exchange policy for defective products?
Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Assembled or used products are non-returnable unless the defect was undetectable prior to use.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your shipping address, location, and order time. Please note that during holidays, delivery may take longer due to service delays.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship orders within 2 business days. Delivery takes 2-7 business days, depending on location. We only ship within Canada. No shipping to P.O. Boxes. Additional fees may apply in certain areas.

Cancellations are difficult once processing starts. We will try to cancel your order, but it's not guaranteed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned with restocking fees.
