8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, remote-area service limitations, inventory availability, holidays, customs matters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete physical delivery address and monitoring tracking information.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, restocking fees, shipping-damage claims, and warranties are governed by our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Before returning a product, customers must contact Kids Republic and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

10. Product Assembly, Use, and Safety

Certain products require adult assembly, charging, maintenance, and supervision.

Customers are responsible for:

• Reading and following all product instructions and warnings

• Inspecting the product before use

• Correctly assembling the product

• Using only compatible chargers, batteries, and replacement parts

• Following age, weight, terrain, and operating recommendations

• Ensuring appropriate adult supervision

• Using protective equipment where recommended
